What is the climax for the movie of Gattaca?

Probably when Vincent beats Anton in the swimming race the second time. Because it's when Anton realizes that Vincent is capable and when all obstacles known to Vincent are defeated. The eyelash and other option would be more like rising action.Always try to find the climax based on the conflict. In my opinion, that is the easiest way to identify a climax.
