I want to Bleach my hair?

To get the best BRIGHT red color you need to bleach it to White Blonde/Blonde. I recommend Manic Panic Flash Lightening 30 Volume Bleach. Leave it on for 30/40 minutes or until it turns blonde. I would wait to put bleach on your roots because they dye much faster and will turn out lighter than the rest of your hair. The Manic Panic red dye is also very good. :D
