Dark brown hair, to dark ginger, to yellow and light ginger.?

I've been dying my hair for about three years now, it's been ginger, pink, purple, black, brown and blond. Blond being my natural colour. But the last colour i dyed my hair was a permanent black and i had black hair for at least four months, then i got really bored of it. So i now decided i wanted to go back to my natural ash blond colour. I have bleached it twice so far, with the Jerome Russell kits, the first time it went a dark ginger and now it's slightly yellow and light ginger. My roots are really bright. I now don't know what to do because i think if i dye it over ash blond it wont go that colour because it wouldn't be strong enough? But i don't want to go bleach blond, but i will if that's the only way i can get to a blond colour. Thank you for your answers and anything that will help :)
