What would you call the genre of Zane, K'Wan or Eric Jerome Dickey books?

I'm trying to find a website that has free books that are related to the types of books these authors & other authors like them. NO I'M NOT TRYING TO ILLEGALY READ THESE BOOKS ON THE INTERNET. I just want to know what genre to search for & if you can some websites. Please & Thank you!
