I don't think it's possible. The Supreme Court has final word on laws and legality, and Chief Justice Roberts wouldn't swear President Obama into office if Obama's status as a natural born citizen wasn't defensible. I believe the Birthers are on a wild goose chase, basing their evidence on a misinterpretation of US law.
