I have a crush on this boy - what do i do?

This boy named Jerome is in my class this year. I didn't really notice him at the start but i then realised, i like this boy! I usallly talk to him, he is really funny. today we were sitting next to eachother on the computer and we tallked through the whole session! how can i tell if he likes me or any tips for me?
