Help with bleaching my hair?

Since all of your hair is short you should be fine with just applying the bleach everywhere. The only reason you do the roots last is because the heat from your head makes the roots process faster. With short hair, all of your hair is pretty close to your head so it shouldn't matter. If you have longer pieces of hair, you could do the ends of the longer pieces before doing the rest of your hair.
