Okay, It really does sound as if he's got his eye on you! Next time you see him, smile and wave before looking away, (don't wait for a reaction), then when he next comes to talk to you, say; "You know what would be cool? If I could bump into you with a little warning." Then flick out a notepad, and write your number on it before tucking it in his shirt pocket or hand or something. :)
